About Me
Hi, I am Cindy Balanco and I look forward to meeting you and supporting your exciting life RE-SET. Please allow me to tell you a bit about myself and my journey.
I am a mother, a wife, a working woman, now granny, business builder, pleaser of my pets and a pastor in this beautiful, yet challenging world. I fully understand how taxing navigating and juggling the demands of each day can be.
My career is and has been mostly in sales. Achieving targets, budgets, driving margins and new business, dealing with supply challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction – all these stresses I know very well. Add to this, studies, assignments, parenting, marriage, family and friends, shake well and you have a lovely cocktail called “my life”.
At a moment of true reflection, I realised, somehow, along the years, I have neglected myself, my fitness, my passion, my true North. All was out of control, excess weight, inflammation and stress was taking a toll on my wellness, probably my longlivity and I desperately needed a second chance in life to fix this, to reverse the consequences. And so, my RE-SET journey (still ongoing) started. I made some decisions – I choose to take a step towards a better me, to pursue my passion and equip myself and help others at the same point of realization, also in desperate need to RE-SET.
Today, many years later, I am a Pastor, Transformation Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Health and Wellness Coach and Bio Resonance Therapist. I lost 13kg and improved my mobility although not yet at target – work in progress. I live a joyful life, I feel balanced and happy, my energy levels are blazing and I totally enjoy my family and friends. I love the Lord and ministering to our Fellowship on Sundays. My greatest pleasure is watching the break throughs my clients achieve with renewed zest in their RE-SET lives.

To achieve this, I combine my experience in Transformation Life, Health & Wellness Coaching Systems with Bio-Resonance Scanning to facilitate holistic recovery.
By pinpointing energetic imbalances and integrating them into the coaching framework, we address both the physical and lifestyle shifts necessary to help you achieve your RE-SET from the inside out. This dual-focus approach truly empowers my clients to understand their internal landscape whilst making practical adjustments to healing transformation.
